was this past weekend, no surprise that we didnt' make any moves, I like how we were and are sitting after the deadline. There were quite a few moves though with Chicago having a fire sale on their top players having now traded away 4 of their top 5 scorers, and Waterloo adding yet another goalie.

Iowaninja...you're right! Can anybody guess why Chicago is having a fire sale...after all they are only 5 points from the fourth play-off spot? And Matt Wahl played for Cranbrook in the MIHL with Justin....he must be unhappy moved by Omaha to Lincoln....a team clearly that won't make it into post season play. Very, very strange...are such happenings common in the USHL at the trade deadline?

The Omaha-Lincoln trade was voided as the defensemen (Garrett Clement) that Lincoln was sending to Omaha decided not to report and might be hanging up the skates. Following that, one of Lincoln's assistants resigned. He was a coach for Clement at South Kent Prep this season.
